So this week Lizzie got an iPhone 4s! I made the long awaited change over from the blackberry to the iphone and could not be happier! Now you contact me 24/7 on Twitter, Facebook and Instagram all with the username LizFish1 obv!

Before I went out in Richmond for dinner and drinks with my friend Jess!

GracieFish went to London and brought me back Macaroon treats!

This week I went Paleo, so my breakfast was a black coffee with banana, strawberries and blueberries

I hope you all had a great week, I am celebrating the Jubilee with family, meeting my Best Friends new arrival and getting ready for my hols! Me and the Boy are off the Lanzarote next Sunday, I cannot wait for Sun, Sand and Sangria!
