Weekend Adventures Part 2


Hi Everyone,

Hope you all had a good weekend... Once again here is my weekend in pictures- it was filled with coffee drinking and carb munching! Enjoy!

"brunch" at the Milkbah coffee shop in Soho- me and my pops ate so much toast and pb!

Note- Me in the window reflection! soooo professional!

We purchased some coffee beans for at home grinding and espresso making- milkbah espresso and square mile blackburn state blend shown.

Ronnie Scott's- famous club/ bar.... my Dad made me take a pic!

Cox, Cookies and Cake- the wonderful blend of The Cake Boy (Eric Lanlard) and Patrick Cox dessert shop.

I MUST EAT YOU!

Please note- they look better than they taste- the cake was preeeeettttty stale and the icing was tooo sweet!

This nearly says LizFish!!!!! I was excited and feel the need to photo shop a little Z in there!!!! This is in fact the lovely Aldo Zilli restaurant, Soho.

Apple Market in Covent Garden

Next, we ventured to a Canadian/ South African and Australian food shop near covent garden- Cannot remember for the life of me what it was called..... but it was cute, and the selection of Canadian goods was alright! (My Mum is from Vancouver, BC)



I got an Eat More bar..... was stale..... no luck! :(








One large salted caramel Laduree macaroon.... I was forced to share shared this with my M&D

May Favorites 2011

How quickly has May gone???? Crazy quick... but i'm happy because June is officially the summer!!! YAY!

Kate Middleton Make Up Tutorial

Hi Everyone, 

Highly requested (despite youtube saturation!) video of Kate Middleton's wedding make up is now LIVE on youtube!!!

 Here are details of what I used in the tutorial-

FACE-
  1. Hourglass Mineral Veil foundation primer- x2 pumps
  2. Maybelline Dream Satin Fluid foundation No 48 Sun Beige using a Sigma F80
  3. MAC NC35 Studio Finish concealer, applied using a Sephora Professional crease brush
  4. Maybelline under eye concealer applied using a Sephora Professional crease brush
  5. MAC Prep and Prime translucent loose powder, applied using a Louise Young LY04
  6. MAC Harmony powder blush applied using a MAC 130
  7. NYC blush creme stick in Pink Plaza using ring finger
  8. MAC Melba powder blush applied using MAC 130



Eyes-




  1. MAC Charcoal Brown e/s mixed with a hint of MAC Carbon e/s applied to eyebrows using a MAC 266
  2. MAC Painterly paint pot applied to eye lids using ring finger
  3. MAC Carbon e/s used to line around the entire eyes at the roots of the lashes using a MAC 266
  4. MAC Carbon e/s applied to lower half of eye lid using a Louise YOung LY10
  5. MAC Charcoal Brown e/s applied directly above the MAC Carbon e/s and blended into the crease using an LY04- make sure the e/s is applied in a round/ circular shape as Kate's e.s is not winged out at all
  6. These e/s were blended out with No.7 eyeshadow blend and contour brush.
  7. Estee Lauder Ivory Slipper satin e/s from the Estee Lauder deluxe e/s compact, applied using a Louise Young LY14
  8. MAC Blacktracks fluidline was applied to the upper lash line to intensify the lash line with a MAC 266
  9. Eyelashes were curled using Tweezerman Eyelash Curlers
  10. Rimmel Lash Accelerator mascara was added to the upper lashes
Lips-







  1. NYC blush creme stick in Pink Plaza applied all over the lips with my fingers-
  2. AND finally.... MAC lustre lipstick in Patisserie was applied over top!
